Steve Bowyer

Steve was born and raised in Wichita, KS. He
played 2nd base and the
baritone in high school (not at the same time). He graduated twice from
Austin College in Sherman, TX; first with a BA in business
administration and then with a MA in secondary education. He graduated
with a Masters in Theology from Dallas Seminary in '90. Since, he has
served in churches in
North Dakota, Texas and Indiana before coming to Grace in January of
2007.
Steve met and married Sara at Northwest Bible Church in Dallas in '84.
They have 3 kids; Alyssa, Jason and Jared.
What's on your nightstand?
My humidor, the tv remote that I control (because my wife dvr's "So You
Think You Can Dance" and cooking shows on our main tv) and the latest
leadership book that I could find.
What's on your ipod?
My favorites are the rock balladeers like Big Daddy Weave, Third Day,
Mercy Me and Chicago
What's on your DVR?
My wife and daughter fill the DVR and it usually has to do with dancing
or cooking. Not that I'm complaining. We love to dance and my wife is a
fantastic chef.
